Built on Kit (#99): /api/waitlist with double opt-in, consent by joining (invites, news,
offers) recorded with its wording, ?ref= source, optional questions step, Discord invite, /privacy.
Left before launch: run npm run kit:setup -w web -- --apply, create the waitlist form with
double opt-in, set KIT_API_KEY, KIT_FORM_ID, WAITLIST_SECRET, NEXT_PUBLIC_DISCORD_INVITE
on Vercel, and test the confirmation email with a throwaway address.
