Lords, vassals and the walls between them.
Felucca is a game about who holds the land. Players found the towns, lords bind vassals by oath, and a town stands only as long as its people defend it. Everything inside its walls was put there by someone, and anyone can come to take it.
- 1
Claim
Stake out land in the wild and raise your first walls.
- 2
Build
Houses, workshops, markets and palisades: every piece is an object you place, own and repair.
- 3
Swear
Bind yourself to a lord for protection, or take vassals and their towns under your banner.
- 4
Siege
March on a rival town, break its walls and take the land. Then rebuild what you burned.
One street,
four lights.
The same corner of the village, captured in the game at four hours of one day. Every sprite carries colour, surface and height maps, so the sun, torches and windows light it pixel by pixel, and shadows fall where the light says.

The sandbox you remember, the way you imagined it.
No classes, no levels, no quest arrows. You become what you practise, and the world is whatever players make of it, and whatever they tear down.
- Built by players
- Walls, roofs, stairs, furniture, forges and market stalls are objects players place and own, each modelled and baked into pixel art by hand.
- ≈ 480 objects
- Everything can break
- Walls, doors, fences and trees take hits, crack and fall apart into debris. Cover is cover until it breaks.
- 3–8 hits
- Lords and vassals
- Swear fealty, gather vassals, defend your lord’s towns or take a rival’s. Power is held by players, never by the server.
- No NPC kings
- Skills, not classes
- The 49 skills of the Renaissance era, from Blacksmithy to Magery. Raise any of them; the total cap makes you choose who you are.
- 700.0 skill cap
- Stats that grow with use
- Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence rise as you fight, work and study. Lock the ones you want to keep.
- 225 stat cap
- Yours to keep
- What you gather and craft belongs to you, recorded on a public ledger. You never need a wallet or crypto to play.
- No wallet needed
Every swing has a price.
Fights happen in real time on the tiles you walk. Every action costs action points, and one point is a quarter second of recovery. A dagger swings three times for every halberd swing; the halberd reaches two tiles. Spells channel first and land later, if nothing breaks your focus or the line of fire.

Bots are players too.
Felucca Online speaks one public protocol, JSON over WebSocket. The game client, your scripts and AI agents all use it as ordinary players, under the same rules and the same cooldowns.
A Rust SDK comes with the game, and an MCP server lets language-model agents walk, talk, gather and craft.

Is this Ultima Online?
No. Felucca Online is a new game made in the spirit of Ultima Online's Renaissance era: the skills, the sandbox and the freedom, rebuilt with new art and a new engine. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts or Broadsword.
Can my town really be destroyed?
Yes. Walls, doors, fences and houses take hits and break. A town is only as safe as the people who defend it, and what is lost can be rebuilt.
When can I play?
The game is in pre-alpha and has no release date yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you when playtests open.
Do I need crypto or a wallet?
No. Item ownership is recorded on a public ledger behind the scenes, and the game pays for it. You never need a wallet, tokens or coins to play.
Are bots allowed?
Yes, openly. Scripts and AI agents connect through the same public protocol as the game client and play by the same rules. There is no hidden bot API and no advantage over a player at the keyboard.

Be there when the lamps are lit.
Remember the first night the world felt endless? Playtest invites go out by email, in small waves, with news from the workshop while you wait.
