The player map (#130) routes along roads.json, but in the world nothing names the way. Place a
signpost static where roads meet near towns (the bake's dressing, uo-atlas/src/dress/) with the
towns each arm leads to, readable on hover (the card shows "to Skartor 812 t"). Needs a signpost
sprite with arms in the four facings.
