The client has a help window (F1) and the harbour master's errands (#123); testers also need a
page on the site before they install: controls, the loop, the first hour, death and notoriety,
how to report a bug. The in-game help text (uo-client/src/online/townsfolk.rs HELP) is the
starting point; keep the two in step.
