Deploy the devlog (Vercel, R2, KV, Discord bot)

Needs the owner's accounts, so it waits for them:

  • Vercel project with root web/, the ignored build step, env vars from web/.env.example.
  • Cloudflare R2 bucket on a media domain, API token; first npm run media:upload.
  • Upstash (or Vercel KV) database for slug -> thread.
  • Discord application and bot (Message Content intent), #changes channel and a forum channel with the comments notice; bot on the VPS from bot/deploy/.
  • Vercel webhook deployment.succeeded -> the bot.

2026-10-20: the site is on Vercel (project felucca, deploys from main when site files change), media on R2 at media.felucca.online, domain felucca.online attached. Left: the Discord side and the bot on the VPS.
