What the outside world sees when the alpha opens.
- Site: an alpha page (what to expect, known issues, minimum spec, FAQ), the download page for signed-in testers, a status page for the servers, the announcement blog post.
- Legal: terms of service and an alpha agreement (wipes, no value of items or coin, the rules for bots), the privacy page updated for accounts, analytics and crash data.
- Discord: tester roles from alpha keys, channels for feedback, bugs and trade, the bot announcing server restarts and patch notes from the changelog.
- Invites from the waitlist in waves, with the email that carries the key.
Done when the first wave can be invited with one action and everything they need is on the site and in Discord.
