Building Felucca Online in the open
The site now has a changelog, a blog with comments from our Discord, the design docs and a live roadmap. Here is how it works.

From today you can watch the game being made. Everything below comes straight from the repository the game lives in, so the site cannot drift from the work.
The changelog
Every change to the game ships with a short note in plain words. The
changelog lists them week by week, and our Discord's #changes channel gets
each one as it goes live. If you only want to know what is new, that is the place.
The blog
The changelog says what; the blog says why. You will get a post for every new feature, for every game-design decision we make, and a regular digest of everything in between.
Each post has a thread in our Discord forum, and the replies in that thread are the comments on this page. Write there and your reply shows up here within seconds. There is no separate account to make, and the conversation lives where the community already is.
The docs and the roadmap
The docs are the same design notes we build from: how the renderer lights pixel art, how combat timing works, how destruction breaks a wall. The decision log records every choice, numbered, with the reason. The roadmap is our real task board, including what is waiting and what is blocked.

That is it. If something here is unclear or wrong, tell us in the thread below.
